The B16 Coilovers have inverted monotube dampers with 10 position damping adjustment. This adjustment is 1-Way combined bump and rebound to allow quick and easy damper tuning to match the roads you are driving. The Bilstein B16 Coilovers lower up to 50mm.

The Bilstein B16 PSS10 Coilovers use 2-way adjustable mono-tube upside down coilover dampers with clearly visible, colour-marked aluminium adjustment wheels, which can be separately adjusted in one position on the shock absorber from 1 (soft) to 10 (tight) for both rebound (red) and compression (blue) damping. The Bilstein B16 kit will massively improve the handling capability without compromising the ride quality. Both ride height and damping can be individually tailored to suit the drivers requirements. The Coilover springs come from Eibach or H&R and are a progressive rate spring, meaning you have a softer rate driving on the road and a stiffer rate when you are really pushing the car.
