The Eventuri Huracan intake system consists of a number of components engineered to perform a specific purpose and fabricated to the highest of standards. We use 100% pre-preg carbon fiber with no fibreglass which means we can achieve a smooth internal surface to maintain smoother airflow. Here are the details for each component and the design ethos behind them:

The Lamborghini Huracan Eventuri intake system – form and function in sublime harmony. Our aim was to create a flagship intake and set a benchmark for this platform – by using organic curves and prepreg carbon fiber the results speak for themselves. Gone are the awkward cuboid plastic airboxes and in their place is a beautifully engineered system which allows for smoother airflow and releases the glorious roar from the V10 engine. Every detail has been taken into account, from the flawless carbon fiber with integrated MAF tubes to the heat shields and custom silicon joiners. More power, improved throttle response and an intoxicating induction sound to elevate the Huracan’s driving experience. The Huracan will require a tune to allow the intakes to work without a Check Engine Light. This is down to the narrow MAF range set by the factory which is exceeded by the higher airflow which the intakes provide.

The Eventuri Difference

The Huracan Eventuri system uses our Patented Carbon fiber Housing which provides an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the MAF tube. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield but a unique design which invokes the Venturi affect.

The filter housings comprise of a bespoke high flow filter, aluminium cowl, laser cut brackets and the carbon pod itself. The carbon pod shrouds the reverse mounted filter and smoothly shape the airflow down to the intake tubes. This smooth reduction in cross sectional area invokes the Venturi effect where the airflow accelerates whilst maintaining laminar conditions. The duct seals to the housing and channels ambient air from the side air outlets to the filter. It fits over the OEM ducting system and smoothly transitions to the circular filter housing shape. In order to ensure a good seal against engine bay heat, it seals to the filter housings using neoprene gaskets.
 

The filter housings secure to the inlet manifold with our custom couplers which replace the OEM flexible hoses. Our couplers provide a much smoother flow path to the plenum and feature internal steps to match to the walls of the throttle body ensuring there are no steps for the airflow which would create turbulence. Movement is catered for in the housing assembly itself.

Ons doel was om een vlaggenschipinname te creëren en een maatstaf voor dit platform te stellen - door gebruik te maken van organische rondingen en prepreg carbon fiber spreken de resultaten voor zich. Voorbij zijn de onhandige kubusvormige plastic airboxen en in hun plaats is een prachtig ontworpen systeem dat zorgt voor een soepelere luchtstroom en het glorieuze gebrul van de V10-motor vrijgeeft. Er is rekening gehouden met elk detail, van de onberispelijke carbon fiber met geïntegreerde MAF-buizen tot de hitteschilden en op maat gemaakte siliconen verbindingsstukken. Meer vermogen, verbeterde gasrespons en een bedwelmend inductiegeluid om de rijervaring van de Huracan te verbeteren. De Huracan heeft een deuntje nodig om de inlaten te laten werken zonder een Check Engine Light. Dit komt door het smalle MAF-bereik dat door de fabriek is ingesteld en dat wordt overschreden door de hogere luchtstroom die de inlaten bieden.

Het Huracan Eventuri-systeem maakt gebruik van onze gepatenteerde carbon fiberbehuizing die zorgt voor een aerodynamisch efficiënt luchtstroompad van het filter naar de MAF-buis. Niet zomaar een kegelfilter met een hitteschild, maar een uniek ontwerp dat het Venturi-effect oproept.
